My company uses this Enterprise location almost daily for our rental needs. The staff are exceptional and no matter how busy, they take the time to talk to you and never make you feel rushed. My rental arrived on time and signing the documents was a breeze. The car drove like a dream and made my travel to Ohio a smooth trip. I know how hard this office works to make each of their guests happy and I would recommend them to anyone hands down. Keep up the amazing work!
Wonderful personnel great service clean car but had a distinct smoke smell despite the No smoking sign displayed..
The staff was accommodating and efficient. However, the location had moved and not updated on their website. They also did not have customer parking, which caused me to be late for m,y trip.
I would definitely choose another rental company over this one. Due to lack of communication amongs employees I waited over two hours to get a car. First they did not have any and then when they finally got me one I was told I would be picked up in a mini van in 10 minutes. 2 hours later they picked me up in a beat up Nissan with cigarette holes in the seat.
