My second vehicle was hit in the rear end and without question I took it to Precision Auto works to be repaired. The vehicle was repaired to perfection on time, and as I expected the vehicle looked perfect.
Pretty rude guy on the phone. Refused to do an estimate unless he took the work which wasn't going to be until Mid December. Don't bother if you need an estimate or want to deal with someone with customer service skills.

I have to start out with saying how professional everybody is at precision auto works. I have two Mercedes, a C class and a GL, unfortunately I have had two small accidents in both vehicles. Bobby Rahal Mercedes recommended Jim at Precision Auto works to do the work, so I brought my first vehicle to Jim to get repaired. The work was done on time and if you didn't know that the vehicle had been damaged you would never know from the repair work that they did at Precision. The vehicle look brand-new when completed and the work was done a year and a half ago and still looks as good as the day that I came out of the shop.
