Due to issues at our apartment, my wife and I had to make an emergency move and needed to quickly find a place to store our bigger furniture. We called Guardian in the morning and they had a climate controlled unit and moving truck available and ready for us that same morning. Suzanne was sympathetic to our situation and patient with us as we scrambled to find our payment/insurance documents. The moving truck was clean, convenient, and best of all... free (other than the insurance and extra mileage fee)! We would highly recommend Guardian for their friendly staff and quality storage units.

Very friendly and easy to deal with. I had set up a reservation before moving to PA from Houston and was delayed due to the hurricane and they worked with me to make sure I could keep the reservation. Units appear to be newer but the entire grounds are well maintained. Use of their moving truck is also very helpful.

I needed a large climate controlled space very quickly and both Suzanne and Deb made this easy, and effortless! I also observed how they spoke on the phone to other customers and people walking in. You don't find this level of service most places anymore!! The storage unit is impeccable!! I have never seen a building or unit as nice. Bottom line, I have zero concerns about my entire household belonging in their hands! Don't hesitate!
I am moving, but the closing on the new house is 6 weeks away. Since I had a great experience at the McKnight Rd location in the past, I decided to search for a Guardian location closer to my new house. The Warrendale location is very clean and safe, and the staff has been very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Guardian Storage!
