Our 4 year olds birthday party was a huge success! They take care of almost everything
Fun, clean, with friendly staff. The birthday party we attended was well organized, and the kids loved it.
We had a great birthday party experience here. The kids had fun and Bounce U took care of everything (including some great action photographs). My issue is with the lack of choices for children's beverages and food options. I understand that you can't have everything, but only having coke products available for a kindergarten birthday does not sit right with me. I offered to pay for the drinks and bring in my own that were more suited for 5 and 6 year olds and that was not permitted. Again, the party itself was great and the kids had a wonderful time. I would hold a party here again; just hoping their corporate office reconsiders the whole "coke for 5 year olds" policy.
