I my package was supposed to be deliver on 11/18/2017. Since then It has been delayed. It's been three days and I don't have my dam package. It left this facility and has been in transit. What the hell did these guys do to my package. I have never had any issues with USPS, I will make sure that none of my packages are sent through USPS. I would highly recommend using UPS or FedEx.
Well. Given the fact that my review here won't be much different than anyone elses. This is sad. Especially since the idiots don't answer the phone because the automated thing cuts you off after a few rings. The tracking info stops once it gets to this sorting facility. I initially thought it was a fluke because I have never had shipping issues...but I see that this is common at this facility. ZERO STARS. Who do you even call to file a complaint? Better Business Bureau? I have no clue. Ridiculous.
Completely trash! They ate closed Saturday and Sunday and most usps are close on Sundays and the Holidays. It says "delay due to bad weather" when the weather is completely fine because I live in Houston and Hurricane Harvey has left Houston a few days ago already but my biggest issue with this usps place is that they don't work Saturdays and Sundays when most other usps's only take a break on Sundays. THIS SUCKS.
i was suppose to get my package 12/212017 and its the next day and i don't have it. I've been reading the reviews and now extremely worried that i won't get my package at all, my boyfriend sent me Christmas gifts in this package and seeing as how Christmas is MONDAY i don't have my package. This never happened before i always have good luck with USPS. My boyfriend is in Ohio, i am In Wisconsin....why would my package be sent to Warrendale, PA??

Pittsburgh Distribution Center has had my package Since 12/20 and they just keep saying it's in transit here to Washington for the past 4 days. It now say it won't wont be delivered in time. Yeah I got that.. I want to know WHY? Pitt to Washington ummm 27 mins?
